Spawn points in PvE

HI, so just wanted to ask, how am I supposed to win the 3rd PvE Operation mission for CVs? As soon as I spawn the enemy will take half my HP away, the before I can even launch my first squadron the enemy battleships that I can't see fires on me again which kills me. Why is the spawn point for alot of the PvE (especially in survival) put me in a position where I will lose half my HP within the 1st 10 seconds of the match?
