Fleet invite after Patch release

At the moment it seems that no captain can send his application to us. We (Leaders or Chief) have to be online and see that captain in global chat. We can sent him an invitation and he will get a tab for 10 sec where normally the "join battle" tab appears to "join fleet".

 

...well that could be done better I guess...
