You would look beautiful with the hello kitty avatar Aeht 😁 I like the idea!
  2. Hi there, First I can tell you all the factions are very balanced, just small details determine their traits so it's hard to choose.. I can share my experience as IJN which is my favorite nation. IJN: The nation with most weird/interesting ships in my opinion, many of their ships have less hull and speed then other nations counterparts. Some of their most interesting ships are: Kitakami CL ( lvl 25 and 800 gold ) with 10 torpedo launchers and up to 50 torpedos to launch if torpedos are upgraded to level 3, it's a very useful ship even if the torpedos do not hit the enemy, as you can force them to turn where your allies can sink them. Mogami 1944 CA ( lvl 41 and 800k steel ) it's one of the weirdest ships in the game, a CA that can be upgraded to carry 2 squadrons of planes like a CV, very useful and interesting ship, with only 2 squads of planes can't compete with a pure CV but still a very useful ship in the battlefield. IJN BB's in general are slower and with less hull then other nations counterparts, the Kongo it's the worst lvl 50 BB, Nagato is good lvl 60 BB but only if you buy gold / packs and do not worry spending it ( Nagato cost 1200 gold ) and the B65 which you unlock at lvl 70 it's much better in my opinion ( B65 only cost 1 million steel ). The famous Yamato it's still one of the best BB's in the game for it's level, so I don't think IJN have bad BB's after all. IJN CV's have less speed then their counterparts, but they have the highest number of planes in the Hiryu lvl 55 and the Akagi lvl 68 CV's. The Kaga lvl 79 it's a let down as other nations CV of this level have higher speed, hull and number of planes. At level 93 you unlock the emperor of the sky, the Shokaku CV has the highest hull and number of planes in the game. In my opinion the IJN CV's are the best in the game but I'm not a great CV player.. IJN SS's have the worst hull in SS's of all the nations, lack of torpedo launchers in the stern, their big size makes easier to get hit... but they have good speed, the highest dive time in the game and some of them have scout planes. The Kaidai lvl 55 SS have 4 bow torpedo launchers and 2 in the stern. The HEI Type I lvl 68 SS have 8 bow torpedos, I find it excellent to sink BB's and CV's but his lack of stern torpedos make the fights against enemy SS's very hard. The Kai-Kou lvl 79 SS have 6 bow torpedos and 2 scout planes, you can launch them while you're surfaced, when you dive the plane won't be able to land, remember it. The I 400 lvl 93 SS have 8 bow torpedos and 2 scout planes. Hope my IJN thoughts help you.
  3. I'm glad the tips worked out! Crew leveling is hard, a lot of battles to fight and grinding to do, but you will see how a veteran crew it's really worth it Do not dount to contact us for further problems or questions!
  4. You're welcome, do not doubt to report further problems.
  5. Hi there, Yes, captains usually buy the Gneisenau when they reach lvl 50, it's not a very strong BB as it's low level, but it will help you to complete all the campaign and survival missions. ( And of course it's a beautiful ship to have in the collection ) I will post the setup and stats of the ship so you can see it. Please note that the user who took the screenshot has the game in german but I translated some of the important info. Note 2.- The crew is veteran ( 3 stars ) so the stadistics of the ship are very high. Some captains upgrade 2 FCS ( First line of upgrades ) instead of armor, as FCS gives you a bit of accuracy, it's up to you choose. Hope it help.
  6. Hi there, Keep playing Campaign, Operations and Survival missions, you will reach level 50+ eventually! For my leveling I bought the Asama CA ( 800 gold ) which has 2 turrents with 1590 damage, 1420 reload and 2786 range! As it have the range and damage of a BB you can simply run around the map sinking ships from very far without danger. If you can't or don't want to buy the Asama CA, buy the Myoko CA. When you hit lvl 32 get the Mogami 1941 which is better then the Myoko, complete the missions from long range as I mentioned till you hit level 41, then the Mogami 1944 will be unlocked. The Mogami 1944 has few guns, but can be upgraded to hold 2 squads of planes like a CV, the AI ships will be easy targets with your bombers. When you hit level 50 simply buy the Kongo BB, his firepower will make much easier then with a CA, but watch out the speed and it will be slower. Now some tips to complete campaign and survival: -Speed of your ship and range of your main guns are very important, take in mind you will be always highly outnumbered so the best tactict it's retreat while shooting your persecutors. -The fastest way to sink an enemy ship by main guns it's shoot them when they're facing their bow or their stern towards you, the damage you can dealt is very high. Let them chase you, they will sail directly to your direction facilitating a direct shot to their bow, but keep the the distance and speed! -Always sink first enemy BB's, they're your main enemy, their huge range and damage can sink you very easily, even if you don't have them at range. Main targets if you want to survive. -In many of the missions you will have some ally ships with you, they won't be very useful in terms of damage, but they work perfectly as shields! Let them sail in the front, receiving all the enemy fire while you eliminate the BB's or other high threats. -Very careful with the SS! They're sneaky and will be chasing you underwater.. Go out their range of view by outrunning them and they will surface the ship, sink them in the surface when they can't see you. ( A smoke Screen will make them surface too, but of course that depend if you want to spent gold ) -Do not get frustrated if you die often in a mission, think very well what you're doing wrong or how you can solve the problem. About the Kitakami CL: It's a hard ship to master, I'm not a good player with it either, but I saw some captains trully fearsome with them! Patience and experience using it, it's all you need! Every beginning is hard, do not be disappointed by IJN as it's one of the most interesting nations Hope it helps you!
  7. I recommend to play in Tablet, I must say the experience it's much better . With the time you will master the Torpedo Planes, as tips: 1.- Watch out the distance always or they won't shot, plus the closer they are to the target, the easier they can be shoot down as they fly low. 2.- Try to send at least 2 squads and throw torpedos from different directions, that will make them very hard to avoid. 3.- If the enemy launch a Smoke Screen your planes will fly back to your ship, but take in mind, if your planes did not shoot their torpedos/bombs they still have them loaded, reposition them for a new pass. 4.- The torpedo planes need to have visualization of the enemy ship, try to have an scout plane with them, as they lower altitude to throw torpedos they will lose range of view. That depend on a lot of factors: Torpedo planes upgraded dealt more damage, the BB can be high level so higher Hull, if the BB have veteran crew the damage received is lowered a lot, the 3rd armor upgrade add torpedo protection so the damage is lowered even more.. BB's are very tough, but not impossible to sink the Mogami 1944 can only hold 2 squads of planes, CV's hold between 3 and 4 squads so that will make the task easier.
  8. Hi there, which aircraft do not attack? If you mean Fighters, when they come across enemy fighters they start a dogfight, turning trying to shoot down the enemy fighters. Dive Bombers and Torpedo Bombers do not attack automatically like fighters, you have to select your Dive/Torpedo bombers squadron and target the enemy ship. Take in mind Dive Bombers must fly above the target and then dive to throw the bombs, Torpedo Bombers in the other hand lower their altitute to be able to shoot their torpedos, if the Torpedo Bombers are too close to the enemy ship they won't throw torpedos, so watch the distance! One of the most used tactics against attack planes it's spent a Smoke Screen, the planes will lose the target and will fly back to your ship. About the ship upgrades, think very well how do you want to use your ship, if you want to use it as an Auxiliary CV I would upgrade: 3 Flightdeck ( You need all the planes and squads possible ) 3 Planes Upgrades ( It improve your planes performance a lot ) and 2 Engine ( Speed to avoid enemy SS and shots ) You can upgrade too: 3 Flightdeck, 2 planes upgrades, 3 engines. That would make you pretty fast but would lose your Dive Bombers upgrade, making them very weak and depending on Fighters and Torpedo Bombers.. I hope it helped you.
  9. Hi there, as Neuner said upgrade your ships for Online Battles and after crew hit Veteran change the built for HA. I agree it makes you spent some gold, but a 4 seconds cooldown in HA is worth it! Beginners Room should help you leveling up DD, CL and CA crews to veteran quickly.
  10. Hi there, crew members of each ship earn experience points from battles you win, in Online battles you still get some experience points despite defeat. Every crew member has 3 levels/stars of experience ( soon will be 4 ) that you can reach gaining experience. Every star increase the performance of your ship in different ways, giving the 3rd star huge advantage over ships without stars. As a tip, in online battles do not leave just after you get sink, take a look at the situation first, if your team have high chances of winning keep watching the battle as the rewards are higher.
