im not technical - I have no idea why my phone would do this.

I have emailed and sent messenger texts but no one is replying to them.

I have done a full factory reset and deleted a whole bunch of applications from my phone as I suspect the problem was caused by some games my 8 year old daughter recently put on my phone.

please can someone unblock my account now?
