Further speed control - a "half speed" setting would be a nice addition.

I find it that some times it would be useful to reduce speed in order to position ship better within fleet or to control torpedo firing distance of the sub - especially after the torpedo minimum distance update.

That would be fine, and please make it to be set by the captain himself for each ship due to her/his preference.
