Im playing using a Galaxy J1 Ace and have issues with the game UI layout, check screenshots.

Yes I know that tip, but Im not allowed to root device.

well... I'm no IT-nerd, but than I fear you need another device, or:

play your account on an emulator on PC. at least only to buy/build the Sub. Once built you might play it on your mobile device
