Dive Bombers Manual Release Failed

The CV dive bomber's manual release button failed to show up after close enough to enemy ships. First test it work for one time. Then after 50 battles with carrier, no more manual button show up. The plane altitude is reasonably high. But still no manual show up.

fix it.
