We rollback research ships' balance before HY Event. 2. All battleships in US, UK, IJN, KM, SN at shipyard have AAW from first subweapon upgrade in equipment. 3. MN BB Gascogne will be increased DP as 50,000 and enhanced for subgun. 4. SN BB Moskva (A grade) is added in research center 5.
