Server maintenace for ending Lunar NY event

We will shutdown the server to finish lunar new year event and patch.

There is no update for app version.

Schedule : PM 8:00 ~ PM 9:00 (Korea time)

3. JPN DD Simakaze (C tier) 3UP gun is changed.

   - RN DD Q Class
   - JPN DD Tatsuda
   - KM DD Z1
   - SN DD Storozevoj
5. SN BB Project24 subgun angle changed.
