  2. If 20 debris can buy you a blueprint it should be able to buy you an extra slot in your ship upgrade section. Then you use steel for the upgrade. I would like the game to stay within realistic parameters though.... In terms of real life capability.

    I myself have been asking for the tier system for quite some time. The purpose intended was for matchmaking (as there is none now). This would mean that tier C ships would fight only other tier C ships in great battle. Not tier C ships fighting tier B ships as is the case now.

    Yes there is no need for those things you mentioned.... Why on God's Earth are Crew certificate still even in the game? maybe we could combine those with debris and then they would become useful again. πŸ€”

    The WOF system is once again broken as someone will take an S tier superbattleship, CV and SS in expert wof (as all Italian and French ships are now level 1). Can be easily fixed by capping by tier instead of level (should be included in update).

    This is not a patch, I like to consider it as Navy Field Mobile 2 - only instead of shutting down the old game and starting a new one they force all the players to migrate to NFM2 (which is a good thing).

    If they want to change formats go ahead. What they are doing is conducting experiments at cost to the player. An upgrade is supposed to enhance the playing experience... Not to put a system in place where they can sit back and see how much players have to spend before they even figure it out.

    The patch notice gave no description of adding Russian roulet to Navy field. Let alone what the odds were of getting an a,b,c,d,x,y,z ship. And what did they have to make the tears so freaking complicated.... Couldn't just be that a is the best and the farther you go down the alphabet the worse it is, noooo.... They have to make it all a,d,b,t,w,h. now I ask you out of that group there which one would you think is the best?

    I'll listen to my captains and add more later.

  5. Thank you to the mods for verifying this:

    FCS values for accuracy are not being used. This means if you install FCS it will not help your accuracy at all. Radar, sonar, and sight ranges still apply.

    Apparently it will be reinstalled when they "change the data". I guess this means next patch?

  6. Customer support these days does not seem to be their big thing. From navyfield mobile, to line to Discord there is nothing but complaints about customer service.

    (Deep breath) I don't quit when I believe someone has been wronged whether or not they are in my fleet.

    Send me specific details about what happened including your captain's name "rig" and I will begin my own campaign to get you what should be rightfully yours.

    Send me the information and in the meantime do us I suggested earlier. Send an email EVERY day. Use the Facebook link EVERY day. Once I receive your information I will do the same and use my " connections" to try and hasten a response.Β 

    Do not give up if you do it's just money in their pockets

    Most people aren't aware of that they are bound by their terms of agreement with Google to respond to a complaint within 72 hours.

  7. Well you posted in the right place. Hopefully the devs will read this and reply to you soon. This is happening too many other people and I know there is an easy solution to it. Perhaps another captain has the answer for you as the best I can do is provide you with the following links.

    Send an email to [email protected] and be very specific in your explanation of what happened and make sure to include your captain name. I would suggest sending an email every day until you get a response. As of late it has taken some weeks to get help from this email address.... But help does come eventually.

    The second option is "Navy field mobile Facebook". Go here and on their front page they have a link with a blue Thunderbolt beside it (messenger). Again be very specific about what happened and make sure to include your captain name. Two out of three times I used this link I have gotten a reply within one day.

    Your best option is probably send an email and use the link.

    When I try to leave the wof screen I cannot. I have to change Nation to get out of it. This only happens after participating in wof. It doesn't happen if I'm just checking out the page.

    The matchmaking goes like this...

    If one team has a BB then the other team has a BB. It doesn't matter if one is level 120 and the other level 50, all the game sees is that both sides have a battleship and therefore it is an equal match.

    Yes better and captains have gotten bored and yes veteran captains have left.

    Yes newer players are finding the grind impossible and leaving.

    Asking for new ships is not the solution (the ones we have are hinky enough πŸ˜‚).

    I said it a hundred times, I'll say it again, and I guess I'll just keep on saying it.....

    Proper and decent matchmaking is the only thing that can keep veteran captains interested and newer Captain's willing to continue. It can be done in such a way that you wouldn't even need online expert anymore. I never liked the idea of half my fleet playing online great battle the other half playing online expert. It doesn't make for a cohesive unit.

  11. I've done my research into this and now understand "dispersion". However you are correct even though I ship is mastered it doesn't seem the sailors help with this in any way.

    I would also believe that the higher level the ship the less dispersion you would encounter.... This has turned out not to be true.

  12. I believe you are referring to crew certificates. The Sailor with the blue swirl Arrow. These are different from crew points. These are used when you want to upgrade your sailor (novice>expert>veteran>master)

    I recommend you completely ignore these as you must spend gold to use them. You're better off just grinding your way up.

  14. Sorry double sent but long story short...

    You know me if someone asks for help I try. I always give them the email address that is posted and the Facebook link for customer support only to have the Captain's get back to me sometimes weeks later that they have had no reply.

    The response I did get is a cut-and-paste response that is clearly not even on topic. This is after endless emails and weeks of waiting with no response.

    I have asked for help from the moderators who are great people and always willing to help you and they have tried. They are basically told to tell whoever to send an email..... So you can wait for weeks with no response.

    This captain and question lost his account no fault of his own and it took almost 3 weeks and endless emails before he got it back. He had purchased a premium account before his was lost and by the time he got it back there were only few days left on it. He is entitled to be compensated for the time lost on his premium account but as you can see the reply is not even related to that subject it's just a cut and paste.

    I would expect nothing less than prompt and courteous service from a customer service department, not the fuck you we've already got your money so it doesn't matter attitude.

    I should also add if I didn't make it clear that this is not the only instance but one of many.

    I have a ton more screenshots but these ones are the most recent.

    I don't have the words to tell you how angry and frustrated I am I'm almost in tears.

    If you don't like your job then don't do it.

    Good people shouldn't have to suffer due to your unprofessional manner.

    Give the job to someone who gives a shit because clearly you don't.
