The one fleet wars suggestion I have is to increase the map size relative to the number of ships in the battle. That would also work for standard online matches as well.

I have since thought more about this and agree 5 would be too high. 1 per ship would be more realistic. 

I know when the crew experience levels for dd's and cl's were changed it was to make it easier for new players to get into the game. My question is why weren't the dd's and cl's from existing accounts changed to the new levels as well?  It makes it difficult to grind away on the older accounts when you can just start a new nation and match the old one in a few days.  

I think the Harbor Assault is a good part of the game. My only suggestion for improvement is adding a small amount of crew experience to the reward. Nothing as large as an online match win. 5 points for a successful assault, and 0 for an unsuccessful one.
