  1. The current ship tree for premium ships is unattractive, especially after the launch of Provence and new WoF system. Let’s see.

    BB60: They are actually not significantly stronger than BB50 and are obviously weaker than BB70. For example, Sevastopol and Bismark are nice ships, why need I pay 1200 gold for a ship that I can’t use for long?

    Sugggestion: 1) Return them to ship level 50 as an alternative choice for beginners; 2) Or Increase their hull so that they can compete with BB70.

    BB90: All of them have equal stats as BB100 but have about 10% less hull. This forces players to buy BB100 with steel instead of spending 1800 gold. Moreover, there are so many good ships in level 90’s (CV92 and SS92) to use. BB90 is totally unattractive. I know there are turn differ bonus for BB90, but again, if I need to spend more than USD14 to buy a BB90 (and it cannot be used in Expert match), why don’t I buy Steam Pack for Provence (a ship with Montana’s gun and able to torp, 2000 crew xp granted, and can be owning other BBs in Expert match)? It is a shame to many BB90’s great history. 

    Suggestion: 1) Return then to ship level 75 (both BB90 and Provence are good ships to dominate in Expert match); 2) Or increase their hull and turn differ over BB100). 3) Or, if the devs will not change it, DO NOT BUY ANY SILLY BB90 as a boycott.

    BB110 and 120: Generally not much complaints, but under the secret maths of damage calculation some ships (Amagi and Project 24) are typically weaker than those with huge guns. Maybe devs can also review it.

  2. Also, BB90 becomes so unattractive now as it cannot be used in expert match and also get owned by other bb110/120 in master match.

    It would be nice to return them as BB75 (like before) so that they can be used in expert match (paying gold to counter Provence, good idea?). Or BB90 needs buff to match BB100 level (and slightly stronger should be).

    To conclude, the ladder of ships after LV50 should be reviewed. Perhaps I need to open a new thread to talk about it.

    Yes the long training time discourage players to open a new ship. Many players now rushing their levels to 100 with DD50 but stop trying low level BB/SS/CV.

    I know devs want to earn money with players’ impatience in spending gold, but i’m Not sure why premium boat owners also need to suffer it....

    Again, more sweets (crew xp bonus) for premium boats. Make gold spender happy.

    First, it is not late to celebrate the first anniversary (aka ‘survival’) of this game. Thanks indeed for all devs and mods’ effort in improving the game and also for all players’ enthusiasts. Hope to see more ships and nations opened in future and feel free to write down your new year dreams!

    Indeed, would there be any events to celebrate this valuable moment?

  5. Or some kinds of other game modes like:

    Domination: team need to dominate a certain area of sea and clear invading ships

    Save the transport ship: like VIP mode, players have to protect a transport ship. If that ship is sunk there will be no ammo reinforcement.

    Pirate of Caribbean: Survival mode. There are no teammates and all are enemies

  6. Perhaps devs can allow use to save/share the match after its ended. And we can view the game (in omni-view, all map and ships shown) and we can scroll and zoom the map to see each ships’ movement.

    The shareable match content via social media (maybe even live video) must attract more players to join.

    But everything needs whether the devs want to promote this game in a e-sport level.

    Serious reply: um..... the current system stop the reload ‘yellow circle’ after the first torp is reloaded. It maybe somehow difficult for new users.

    Crazy reply: ok to have more fun let’s make a HARDCORE mode. Limit max useable torps to be 24 and need re-supply of ammunition at harbour/ supply ship.

    Damage of torps and shells increase to 200% to make it more realistic also:) .

  8. Here is the rock-paper-scissor in NF:

    BB sunk by CV/SS

    SS sunk by DD/CL

    DD/CL sunk by CA

    CA sunk by BB

    High level BB sink low level BB 

    BB will be disabled if there is no scout planes, while CA/CL/CV (and DD) can clear scout planes.

     

    I enjoy playing CA because it has fast speed and good firing power, it has strong manuel AAW too and can react to many cases in the field. I love to move wih SS so I can clear the DD/CL for it and he SS can help me to clear big threats of BB.

    Great battle is not a 5v5 game and requires higher tactical sense:)

    No offence... but is it related to you control skills? And why need a DD get close to BB?

    if you want to complete tasks to sink 5 BB a day. You can us a CA to do the task pretty easily.

  10. So as there are few voices after the latest update, I might speak something here.

    1) Crew points should be shared between different nations like gold. Some leaders told that it is stupid to have many CP in one nation but still need to do missions for getting CP for other nation. Allowing interusable CP can attract players to open more nations too.

    2) Premium ships are overpriced now. Premium ships are not much stronger than other ships but players need to also spend time on CP. I’m worried no one will buy BB60 or 90 in future with sub high cost. If the devs don’t want to break the game balance by buffing those premium ships (but please buff KM and IJN SS/CV79), some free crew points for new premium ship buyers should be a solution.
