Posted October 20, 2020 The command of fleet can declare war in battle time zone. In battle time zone, WAR button is available. Cost is 300 gold and after 24 hours from declaration of war, PvE battle will begin. For declaration of war, minimum fleet member is 5 and new fleet can't declare war during a month.
