  1. So as there are few voices after the latest update, I might speak something here. 1) Crew points should be shared between different nations like gold. Some leaders told that it is stupid to have many CP in one nation but still need to do missions for getting CP for other nation. Allowing interusable CP can attract players to open more nations too. 2) Premium ships are overpriced now. Premium ships are not much stronger than other ships but players need to also spend time on CP. I’m worried no one will buy BB60 or 90 in future with sub high cost. If the devs don’t want to break the game balance by buffing those premium ships (but please buff KM and IJN SS/CV79), some free crew points for new premium ship buyers should be a solution.
  2. Ok I’m not an angry and I’m just rationally talk about the logic. i basically don’t mind the devs to introduce crew point system to encourage us to spend golds. However, the exchange rate of crew points to training is not legitimate and improportional. As I mentioned before vetting a CA only takes 400-1200 mins only. All players accept such training time. If the new system extend our time cost on vetting a ship, the devs are taking our precious time for money making. And now the devs requires us to spend more than 3000 minutes for farming crew points and hence such outrages in the community. For a fair system, the crew points required should be reduced to a proportional rate. For example, I personally don’t mind to pend one day to prepare the crew points of a DD, 3 days for CL, 5 days for CA and so on. The TOTAL required crew points for DD/CL/CA would then be 40, 120 and 200. So that the players can on one hand playing their new ships and get crew xp, and on the other hand they can also gain relevant crew points to level the crews. And for some players who are short in time, spending gold for convenience and no one would disagree. This should be how a business run with common sense, mutual respect and trust. The distrust act of devs yesterday did break many hearts of our loyal captains. Cheers.
  3. “We will give Random box from next patch. you can get Random box from Victory in Online battle. From Random box, you can get Crew Point, Gold, Extra Crew Point, Steel, Fuel, Captain EXP.” Who cares about the random box? The heart of the problem is the requiring crew points are TOO HIGH.
  4. They created 3v3 wof for newbies, and set the cost of vetting ship extremely high. I’ll bring my mastered DD50 to bully them if I want (if there are silly noob fleet trying to play 3v3)z And the wof system will collapse again as it is only for old players.
  5. Ok let me shows the irony more. Let’s say I need to vet a CA41 with five crews, you need 20+40+60=120 crew points to level one crew from 0 stars to 3 stars (please correct if I am wrong), and 600 in total. For each day you can get 38 crew points if you complete all missions (including 40 gb games, sinking SS/BB mission, plane shooting mission and you also have a ss to sink other ss). And I assume that in these 40 gb games, you can complete all missions and get 38 crew points. It still takes 16 days, which is 632 gb games, to get these 600 crew points all. if each gb costs 5 mins to play. You need to zombie for 3158 mins (52.6 hour) to complete this shet, and it’s just a CA! Let me compare the old days, to vet a CA needs 1200 crew xp for all staff. Assume that without pack, each gb you can get 5-15 crew xp (depends on skill), it takes 80-240 games only. It is 400 to 1200 mins only! So, the devs now have turn TRAINNING into ROBBING. It just like your son get passed in all subjects in exam, but the school now ask you to pay thousands for only the printing cost of the certificate.
  6. Don’t forget Asama of IJN. She has 8 turrets in total too. And also the shooting angle of each turrets matters. Asama can shoot with at most 8 turrets at each salvo.
  7. Number of turrets if secondary guns matter also. my Soviet CA41 has 10 turrets and can kill a whole squad with one salvo (5 turrets each shot) and the shooting angle is convenient. You don’t even need to reload and can use other sides of turrets to shoot. Btw IJN CA32 has manuel aaw too. Although has 4 turrets only, both four turrets can cover most shooting angle and will shoot simultaneously each time. And don’t forget Emerald too! Her manual AAW is as strong as those of CA.

  9. Just have a ten strike win after each round of wof reset (at korean time 4:00pm) and can get the achievement. it will be easier to get in online expert with a strong CA.

    Interesting to discuss the use of pocket CL now after the nerf to their speed and gun power. My Dhonburi has now become a scouting ship to help BB aiming. Not useful but is an interesting playstyle.
  11. So now the game allows logging in into a single account (same captain) with multiple devices. Some players thus playing two same ships in one single GB, and enjoy double captain xp. And unluckily their inability in controlling both ships make each of them sink easily. Such selfish and disrespectful acts toward teammates leads to imbalance in GB as well as deterioration of game experience. They claim that it is a hidden rule that devs allow it as this is the game system as it is. So do the devs really encourage us to boost with multiple devices?
  12. Most players in this game spend their time and gold for enjoyment and friendship, but the overall impression of the game is badly overshadowed by the poor-designed wof system. In NFM society there are fleets with old and new players with stronger or weaker ships, or fleets in different time zones with different number of availabe player. Inbalance is inevitable as the game develop and a health and sustainable game system should allow all players enjoy. However, the over-simplified system now make fleets unable to fight with those in similar levels. Fleets will get attacked once they enter to wof room (even just for checking availabe fleets) and they have no options to deny the attack. This make no fleets want to show up (except those with large player number and ready for hunting others). Fleet leader thus need to negotiate for a long long time before they enter to the wof room, wasting so much on players’ time. The inadequate number of fleets showing up making fewer battles made between, and hence a worse quality of the game. The game will DIE if old players have no platform to battle and new players are always defeated by the olds. Maintaining the quality of game and reducing the time cost of forming wof should be the responsibility of the game developers. But yet, nothing improved in these months. This make players spending their time and gold question on the sincerity on how much the devs want to fix the problem. The suggestions are very simple: 1) In the ‘War of Fleets’ command, before assigning members (“Assign Member”) into wof channel, add a panel of showing up online fleets. Fleet members can thus check available fleets before deciding enter to wof channel or not. 2) Set different rooms for wof after ‘Assign Member’. Rooms can be, for instance, as such follow: - WOF Beginner (max 5 v 5 battle for DD, CL and CA only) - WOF Expert (max 5 v 5 battle for ships level under 80 only) - WOF Professional (max 5v 5 battle with no ship limitations) - Great WOF (max 10 v 10 game with no ship limitations) The rewarding rank points can be different so that different fleets can have their platforms to enjoy. Again, dividing the platforms is a must to sustain a game. I want to hear the replies from the devs to see whether they have plans or sincerity to improve the wof system. Old players have been tired for dealing with the tricks and abuse used by some fleets. We are not angry about their acts as they just abuse the game system, but we are really disappointed about the slow response of the developers. c.c.   13. Well, if attacks can be rejected, then there will be many fleets do boosting with their friendly fleets. The game is still flawed in this way.
  14. Okay since we know that Navyfield Mobile has simplifies the game mechanism in ship customisation as well as damage calculation. There is no any AP (armour piecing) shells nor HE (high explosive) shells to choose, but the game seems remain deck impact and belt impact, and allows ship to upgrade armour for protection. What is the effects of armour in reducing shell damage? Is it a straightforward reduction in damage, or in percentage? What if a vetted repair crew affect the calculation, with and without armour? Would different guns have different hidden stats (like armour piecing and explosive, as well as their shooting angle)? I will be thankful if devs and mods can uncover more details about it. Or any players can share?

However it's really big system like conquering harbor, it will take more than months. Before Big system, we will improve the current WOF like adding "Reject Button" for matching Fleet.   17. Yes indeed. PvP lays the most importance in this game, then goes to the development of a fleet. We build culture for the NFM society and in fleets we help the devs to train new comers. But the devs put so little efforts in improving in fleet development: backward WoF system, no infleet training/ duels between fleet, no special in-game page for guild/fleet...... All hinder the gaming experience for players. Should we keep paying gold for this xxxx? We need the reply from the devs.

  19. One more word, we come here to enjoy and make friends, but not come here to face mistrust and dishonesty.   20. How come there’re no posts about Soviet and let me start the first. And it’s about nation comparison. So since different nations have their own naval philosophy and shiptree design: Royal Nany use thick ship with powerful guns to defend English Channel; KM use long guns to bombard across North Sea and protect their ships with Manuel AAW and SS; IJN start surprise attack with fast ships, torps and planes; and US use Air Force and AAW to defend the Pacific. What is the uniqueness of Soviet Navy? Looking forward to seeing your views!
  21. Thanks Alta. i want to add that one advantage of SN ships is their high fire rate. Most ships, including CA41, DD50 and many BBs have four turrents with three barrels, making a great boardside damage as well as flexible shooting angle. However, the setback of such arrangement is the lower range and shell damage compared to BB in other nations that use larger calibre guns with great damage penetration against thick armour. The short preparation time in war makes SN ships suffer from low technology level. And it is hoped that stronger ships can show up after lv90.

To problems now: 1) Imbalance in wof (in number of ships as well as in overall level of ships), making fleets dislike battles. 2) Imbalance in great battle, sometimes three BB120 join together and own against some BB50 or SS55 on the other side. As such, a score system in matching is suggested: 1) Each fleet should have equal/ more or less the same scores. 2) The score system can be, for an instance, like the one below: DD: 1 score CL: 2 scores CA: 3 scores BB50-80: 4 scores BB90-100: 5 scores BB110-120: 6 scores ( a vetted BB120 is usually unbreakable, so more scores set here) SS55-68: 4 scores SS79-92: 5 scores CV55-68: 4 scores CV79-92: 5 scores As such, fleets in battle would have most likely similar power. For example, a ten player game with 1 cv, 1 SS, 2 BB, 2 CA, 2CL, 2DD would have about 28-34 scores. A good chemical about cooperation is expected since each level of ships have to protect each other. Although some minor edges are given to premium ship users, or users using DD50 or CA41. But I think such edges are allowed for those players and still game balance is not broken. Any further suggestions?
